The OTO is an initiatory Fraternity. Our initiations structure and guide our hierarchical model of organization and government.
All members of OTO are initiates of that very same Order.

The Subtlety or Force Encampment offers preliminary degrees of initiation. We are currently capable of initiating free persons of full age and good report into the Minerval (Guest) degree, the First degree (Birth), and the Second degree (Life). Details are offered to the legitimately interested. We encourage everyone who "considers" initiation to revere and respect the intimacy and seriousness of that august endeavor as much as ourselves. Passively interested parties are encouraged to find passively interested organizations to coddle their passivity. |
