| The Subtlety or Force Encampment hosts a range
of activities in the Albuquerque, NM area. Everything here listed is
open to the public. Updates to events, such as time changes,
cancellations, or details concerning attendance can be obtained from
our yahoo group. This group also contains tremendous amounts of good
information and literature and also hosts a message board for quick and
easy communication. Please note that you do not need a yahoo email

Click to join the Subtlety or Force Yahoo Group EVENTS Initiations--Our camp offers initiations into the first several degrees of the Man of Earth triad. Interested parties should contact the Body Master at master@sof-oto.org. Become familiar with The Book of the Law, The Law is for All, The Equinox v3n10, and The Weiser Concise Guide to Aleister Crowley. The Gnostic Mass-- Crowley’s Liber XV is celebrated every other week on Sunday, at roughly 8:00pm. Show up no later than 7:30pm. Attendees are expected to Communicate (by that we mean partake in the Eucharist, see Liber XV). Having read Liber XV prior to attendance is preferable as is familiarity with the Creed of the Thelemites. Beginner's Classes--When an amount of new persons begins to regularly attend events we schedule beginner's classes to cover rudimentary study and practice of magick, yoga, and Thelema. Information on these periodic classes can be found on the Yahoo! group calendar. All are welcome. The Megatherium Club hosts events in Albuquerque under the auspices of the Subtlety or Force Encampment. These talks and activities are given at UNM. See our Megatherium Club page for further details. Check the Yahoo group regularly for updates. --Occassional rituals and meditations by Soror Promethea will be open to the public. Check the yahoo group for updated information. If you are interested in attending our classes; note, you do NOT have to be an initiate of OTO. You are however encouraged to become an “Associate Member” which also gives you access to our library and temple facilities. Also note that no initiations are listed on this calendar.
